My name is Ash Takher.

I spent 15 years building and leading sales teams for some of the most interesting companies in tech — Optimizely (Series B through acquisition), TikTok's EMEA portfolio, and SAP.

I've taken regions from $0M to $27M ARR, built teams from 1 to 55 people, and closed the first enterprise deals at companies that went on to become category leaders.

Then I started Tipped — because I got tired of watching great startups make the same expensive hiring mistake over and over again.

Month 1 - Foundation: Learn before selling. The rep masters the product, the ICP, the narrative, and the objections before a single cold call goes out.

Month 2 - Execution: Build real opportunities. The rep owns their prospecting, runs qualified discovery calls, and maps every stakeholder in their top accounts.

Month 3 - Conversion: Turn pipeline into revenue. The rep builds business cases, runs executive conversations, and executes a close plan — until the contract is signed.
