I’m Patricia Billings — a children’s book writer, editor, and publisher, and a writing and publishing coach dedicated to helping writers communicate with clarity, confidence, and heart. I work with storytellers of all kinds, with a special focus on children’s literature, helping authors shape stories that are engaging and emotionally resonant, and that can connect with publishers and readers.

I support writers in finding their voice and strengthening their storytelling craft — whether they’re working on picture books, early readers, middle-grade projects, or other creative and professional writing. I also help writers understand how to access the publishing market.

• As an editor and publisher for over 30 years, I have worked closely with authors, illustrators, and translators on hundreds of books
• I have discovered, cultivated, supported authors and other creators in making ground-breaking, beautiful, and meaningful books
• Experienced writing and publishing coach working across children’s literature, fiction, and professional writing
